As you enter the hallway, you’ll be taken aback by the collection of paintings and prints that exemplify her devotion to the arts and its history.
In the sitting room, it’s time to get nosey — curiosities big and small, all with their own stories of people and places from the four continents she’s called home.
The dining room embodies JJ’s hospitality, with seats set out for friends and family — a table dressed in all the wonder of the mad hatter and elegance of a Venetian palace.
The documents in her study boast accreditations from Christies and letters for the Vatican Museums. On a different day, you might find JJ at the desk, investing in one of many start-ups that empower women.
Breeze through the bedroom, look in the kitchen and kick back in the sitting room. Each room will unravel a little more of the common thread that runs through JJ’s house — a love for beautiful interior design; and as a lucky visitor, she now shares the gift with you, through Casa by Josephine Jenno.

- Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.

- All orders are sent tracked via DPD or Royal Mail, with tracking emailed once your order is dispatched.
Returns
Casa by Josephine Jenno terms- Changed your mind? Return any item within 90 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
- To start a return, email customers@artisanbox.io with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- UK refunds are less a £5.95 charge to cover the original delivery; international refunds are less the original shipping cost.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of sending your return.
- Exchanges are not offered.

2. Packed by the Artisan: We don't use dusty warehouses. Once you order, our makers are notified immediately. They hand-pick and pack your items direct from their own farm, butchery, or kitchen.
3. Direct-to-Door Delivery: Because our artisans prioritise freshness, your items are shipped straight to you. If you order from multiple makers, your treats may arrive in separate packages, ensuring each one travels the shortest distance possible to stay at its best.
Individual shipping rates apply per artisan to ensure they can use their preferred specialist couriers.

Individual vendors may offer free delivery when a minimum threshold or amount is reached. If so, this is messaged in the lime green shipping and delivery information just below the buy buttons on a product page. We offer a Delivery Pass subscription that offers subsidised and free delivery as well.
