What Are Organic White Mulberries?

Mulberries are a berry native to China and used in traditional Chinese medicine for generations, however they are now cultivated all around the world (Ours come from Turkey!) Chewy and soft with a fig-like crunch, Mulberries share a similar flavour with raisins but have more oomph!

Our whole, sun-dried, white mulberries are a delightful alternative to more conventional dried fruit like Raisins and Sultana's. Lets look at what adding these to your diet will do for you...
