All About Organic High Protein Wheat Grain:

This is a high quality millers wheat blend including imported grain to achieve a high protein blend.

High protein wheat grain is milled from hard grain wheat, meaning its consistency is ideal for homemade or professional breadmaking. Higher protein leads to more gluten formation. Gluten is what gives bread and pizza its characteristic structure with a chewy, elastic texture.

This wheat grain flour is rich in protein, containing over 15g per 100g! It’s also a good source of fibre, and several minerals, especially compared with plain refined white flour.

Instructions For Use: 

The high protein content of this wheat grain flour makes it perfect for creating warm, homemade loaves, crusty rolls, and flatbreads. It's hugely versatile and can be used in a wide range of baked goods and doughs, as well as bread.

Storage Use:

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp.
