What Is Organic Toasted Soya Flour?

Soya is the cheapest most widely consumed source of Protein on Earth. Its arguable that as produce, Soya is one of the most important in the world and will continue to become even more essential for humans in the years to come.

Its just as well for us that its use isn't purely functional as It can take on any flavour that comes at it and can be prepared in a seemingly infinite amount of different ways. A testament to soya's versatility are the various transformations into a number of popular soya based foods like - Miso, Tempeh, Tofu, Soy Milk, Soy Sauce...There's simply too many to list them all!

Our organic soya flour makes an ideal addition or substitute for conventional flours regardless of your dietary preference. It will make excellent flatbreads and thickens sauces especially well.

Soya flour is great to make soya milk. 

Soya will effortlessly absorb all flavours it is mixed with, which is how it integrates so easily into so many dishes. One thing is for certain, soya flour is far superior nutritionally to conventional flour, this is because of its high protein content as well as the various vitamins and minerals it also provides, most notably, Iron, Magnesium, Calcium, Vitamin B6, & Vitamin C.

Instructions For Use:

This pale-yellow flour has a delicious nuttiness - and a flexibility. The finely ground delicately yellow soya beans make for amazing flatbreads, crisps, oriental snacks, Japanese pastes, Vietnamese pancakes and a whole host of other wonderful treats.

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp.
