A straight 50-50 Mix of Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds. Its true (which makes it all the more sad!) that the vast majority manufacturers will create a "mix" that is primarily composed of its cheapest constituent ingredients, we do not believe in such practices!

Sunflower and Pumpkin Seeds are two commonly recognised seeds, but little is known about the amazing health benefits they provide. The best way is to grind them where they will provide 5. 9g of Omega 6 and 7. 3g of Omega 9 per serving. These polyunsaturated fatty acids are used by the body to help maintain a healthy heart and help to promote a healthy immune system.

 Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that helps boost the immune system and maintain healthy hair, skin and nails. It is also a good source of Iron and Zinc with 14% and 19% respectively of the RDA of these important minerals in just one serving.

Instructions For Use: 

Snack them alone straight from the bag. Sprinkle them into any meal. Add them to your porridge, cereal bowl, smoothie, soup or yoghurt. Baking: add them to biscuits, muffins and bread.

Storage Instructions:

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. Reseal when no longer in use or move to an airtight container.
