Ceylon cinnamon has a lighter and sweeter flavour than the Cassia variety and is a great addition to any kitchen due to its many uses.
Cinnamon is used for a variety of health benefits in alternative medicine. Including colds, digestive problems, painful menstrual periods and most commonly, diabetes. This is due to cinnamon containing chemicals that seem to improve insulin sensitivity.
Instructions for Use:
Ceylon cinnamon sticks are hugely versatile, not only in sweet dishes but also a wide range of savoury dishes such as soups, tagines, and chillies. Or add an aromatic and flavoursome note to baked goods such as muffins, cakes, biscuits, pancakes, and breads.

We display estimated delivery times in basket, checkout and confirmation email
At checkout we display the number of deliveries and associated costs (if any) with each shipment.
Individual vendors may offer free delivery when a minimum threshold or amount. If so, this is messaged in the lime green shipping and delivery information just below the buy buttons on a product page. Subscriptions
We offer Subscribe & Save subscriptions on many products to make it easy for you to repurchase your favourites. There are no minimum order requirements and subscriptions are fully manageable through the subscriptions tab in your account. Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at anytime.
