What Are Organic Almonds?
Our organic almonds are creamy and have an amazing crunchy texture. Organic almonds are 100% natural and nasties were used in the growing process and production.
Whole organic almonds can be enjoyed straight from the pack as a healthy snack, added to your morning porridge or cereal bowl, in home made desserts and baking. You can roast them or add to granolas recipes.
Almonds are one of the most popular and widely used nuts in the world, known for their sweetness or more specifically their especially distinct "Marzipan" flavour. So it should come as no surprise, given their creamy taste, that Almonds go especially well in baked goods and confectionery.

Almonds come in all variety of manners with Ground/Flour, Blanched, Flaked and Whole being the most popular, but It certainly doesn't stop there, as you can get Almond Butters, Almond Pastes and my favourite - Almond Milk which is a delicious beverage, being a more nutritious and Dairy Free alternative to cow's milk!
Why Should I Get Organic Almonds?
Regular consumption of almonds helps to increase the level of high density lipoproteins (HDL)and they reduce the level of low density lipoproteins (LDL). This balance is vital to a healthy cholesterol level, and a reduction of LDL (bad cholesterol) is always a good thing.
Many people think that the word fat means something negative, but in fact, certain fatty acids are essential, and can be very beneficial for overall health as the body can't create its own fatty acids, which is why we need to get them from dietary sources. Well Almonds have two very important fatty acids, both linoleic and linolenic acids; The fatty acids also help to reduce the levels of bad cholesterol (LDL cholesterol), and they promote healthy skin and hair.
To finish Almonds also contain two vital brain nutrients, riboflavin and L-carnitine which are often difficult to get from other dietary sources. The consumption of almonds is a highly recommended way of increasing your intake of these brain Nutrients.

Snack on them alone straight from the bag. Add them to your porridge, cereal bowl, smoothie, soup, or yoghurt. Baking: add them to biscuits, muffins and cakes.
