Ingredients: Gluten free flour (buckwheat, tapioca, potato starch, maize, rice flour), xanthan gum, olive oil, rapeseed oil (option to be seed oil free. Coconut oil will be used instead),egg, xylitol (from birch), lemon juice from concentrate(sulphites. This is only present in the non-vegan version of this cake), blueberries, apple sauce (apple, water, potassium phosphate), vanilla extract, poppy seeds (not suitable for nut or sesame allergies)

All of our delicious sugar, gluten and dairy free cakes contain all natural birch tree extract (xylitol). Due to this, they are for human consumption only and not suitable for babies under 1 year old.
