Return window: 30 days, or 60 days for orders placed in November and December. Items go back with their packaging.
How to return: Send the item in its original packaging to The Vintage List, 1A Evelyn Road, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 2TF. Include the packing slip, or a note with your order number.
Return labels: Contact them to request a returns label.
Return costs: If the vendor made no error, the customer pays shipping both ways.
Problems with an order: Contact them and they'll send a courier label.
Damaged items: Replaced free of charge if reported within 2 working days of receipt.
Refunds: Processed within 7 days.
Exchanges: Processed immediately. The replacement arrives within 7 working days if in stock.

Delivery + Shipping
Because we're a marketplace with many different vendors, the items in your basket may come from multiple warehouse locations, in more than one shipment.
We attempt to make this clear to you throughout the process via the following:
On each product page we show the vendor details, the estimated shipping and delivery dates and the shopping cost for a given product.
We display estimated delivery times in basket, checkout and confirmation email
At checkout we display the number of deliveries and associated costs (if any) with each shipment.
Individual vendors may offer free delivery when a minimum threshold or amount. If so, this is messaged in the lime green shipping and delivery information just below the buy buttons on a product page. ArtisanBox at a store level offers free delivery on any basket of products valued at over £100 (excl. shipping charges) using code FREEDEL at checkout.
Subscriptions
We offer Subscribe & Save subscriptions on many products to make it easy for you to repurchase your favourites. There are no minimum order requirements and subscriptions are fully manageable through the subscriptions tab in your account. Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at anytime.
