  • • Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day; orders after 1pm go out the next working day

  • • The carrier will attempt delivery twice and leave a collection card

  • • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange
  • • Please state whether you want a refund or an exchange in the notes
  • • All returns must be requested first – items sent back without a request won't be processed, and you'll pay shipping to have them returned

  • • Products and retail packaging must be unused and in perfect, saleable condition, with no tape or labels applied to the packaging
  • • Refunds may be reduced to reflect any loss in value caused by handling
  • • You pay return postage – proof of postage and insurance are recommended
  • • Coffee (a foodstuff) and gift cards cannot be returned
  • • Partial refunds incur a £3.95 charge if they take the order below the £40 free-delivery threshold (not charged on exchanges)
  • • Exchange orders over £20 are reshipped free

  • At checkout we display the number of deliveries and associated costs (if any) with each shipment.
