Albania has been growing olives for more than two thousand years, yet its oil is still one of Europe's best-kept secrets. The country's hills, sunshine and traditional farming produce extra virgin olive oil with remarkable depth and character.

Our oils come from small family-farmed mills in the Berat region, where groves have been looked after by the same families for generations. Every oil is selected by our co-founder Herman Pobrati, a certified olive oil sommelier.

Our range:

  • Kalinjot Pure: made from Kalinjot, Albania's native olive. Gold Award winner at the London IOOC 2025, with 402 mg/kg of polyphenols.
  • Koroneiki Superior: bright and peppery, with 428 mg/kg of polyphenols.
  • Trio Select: a smooth three-variety blend for everyday cooking.

Our oils are also used by chef John Gionleka at Peckham Bazaar, the acclaimed Balkan restaurant in south London.
