Our journey began with a simple desire to bring the vibrant, sun-drenched flavours of our Zimbabwean heritage to our new home in Wrexham, Wales. We chose the name "Goch" as a tribute to this beautiful union of cultures—it means "red" in Welsh, but in our native Shona, it refers to the joy of a "barbecue." To us, it represents the heart of the home: fire, family, and celebration.
