Firefly Barbecue
ARTISAN SHOP
..a desire to bring the soul-stirring, authentic flavours of Southern and American BBQ into the heart of British kitchens.
OUR STORY
At
Firefly Barbecue , we believe that barbecue is more than just a way of cooking; it is a language of stories, memories, and shared joy. Our journey began with a simple spark: a desire to bring the soul-stirring, authentic flavours of Southern and American BBQ into the heart of British kitchens. Based on the rugged fringes of the
High Peak National Park , we draw daily inspiration from the dramatic landscapes of the Peak District to fuel the boldness of every recipe we develop.

We know you demand quality without compromise, which is why we produce everything in small batches. We travel the world—at least in spirit—to source the freshest herbs and natural spices, ensuring that what reaches your table is as honest as it is delicious. You’ll never find MSG, artificial preservatives, or unnecessary fillers in our jars. For us, transparency is non-negotiable; we want you to know exactly what is in our blends and why it’s there.
Our dedication to the craft has taken us from our Yorkshire roots to the global stage. We are incredibly proud to have earned over 28 Great Taste Awards , and in 2019, we were humbled to win "Best BBQ Sauce on the Planet" at the prestigious American Royal—the biggest BBQ battle on earth. Whether you are slow-smoking a brisket, searing a steak, or simply adding a finishing touch to your grilled veggies, we are here to provide the award-winning tools you need. Welcome to our BBQ family; let’s make every bite memorable together.
