What began as a converted horsebox has grown into a full roastery and café run from the heart of The Shed in Bordon. Beans are sourced from single estates across Colombia, Ethiopia, El Salvador and beyond, then roasted in small batches to bring out each origin's character — work recognised with a Great Taste Award. Visitors can watch the roasting in action and sample the coffee fresh, while online orders are roasted to order and delivered nationwide.
