Based in Monmouthshire, The Crafty Pickle Co. (@craftypickleco) is the passion project of microbiologists Madi and Arthur. They met at university while studying for master’s degrees in nutrition and bonded over their shared love of sauerkraut, pickles and all things food fermentation.

Grab a spoon and enjoy straight out of the jar, or use to liven up sandwiches, salads, cheeseboards– anything you fancy. We enjoyed it on a cheese toastie with a Gruyere and Cheddar mix -- it was absolutely divine and we cannot recommend this recipe combination enough!
