This exciting new saucier from the south of Scotland is doing globally-inspired mild to hot sauces with a Scottish twist. Included in their range of 6 sauces they're really doing things differently with such flavour combinations such as their fiery hot sauce 'Roaster', to their Burmese inspired sweet and smooth, curry 'ish' sauce 'Pelter' with mango, honey and ginger, through to 'Skelper' with a lovely apple, tarragon and habanero base perfect for that cheeseboard creation at the weekend.
