All About Organic Bird's Eye Chilli Powder:

Bird's eye chilli peppers, sometimes referred to as Thai chillies, are frequently used to add spice and flavour in Southeast Asian cuisine. It got its name due to the fact birds love to pick the ripe chillies and fly off with them.

The essential components in bird's eye chilli provide various health benefits. Boasting high amounts of vitamin C and antioxidants, these peppers have been found to aid digestion, treat infections, increase immunity, improves heart health, and even accelerates weight loss.

Bird’s eye chilli pepper is considered to be one of the top ten hottest chilli peppers in the world.

Instructions for Use:

Use sparingly with caution unless you're a fan of the heat! Approx. 50k-100k on the Scoville heat scale. Bird’s eye chillies are known for their fruity, fiery taste. Ideal for adding to curries, soups and rice dishes, or any meal where you want some extra heat.

Storage Instructions:

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp.
