What Are Nutritional Yeast Flakes?

Nutritional Yeast Flakes is a savoury yeast-based supplement and condiment with a cheesy, nutty taste that you can add to many dishes.

It's inactive yeast without any artificial additives or preservatives. Nutritional Yeast is a great source of vitamin B12 for vegans and vegetarians.

Benefits of Nutritional Yeast Flakes

The Yeast Flakes are completely suitable for vegans which should come as some relief as there is no contest when it comes to cheese substitutes, our nutritional flakes are as good as the real deal!

This is especially good as our flakes provide one of the richest natural sources of the B-group vitamins and trace elements. Better still Its 100 % natural, made from a strain of Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, grown on enriched purified molasses. The conditions are carefully controlled which ensures complete abstinence from Candida Albicans yeast.

Here are a few good uses for it, that I've picked up over the years - Great for Adding a taste of "Parm" to pasta, popcorn, whatever you like! Mash into a baked potato with some beans, for a quick fix at dinner. Stir into vegetarian/Vegan soups, to add a cheesy richness.

Instructions for Use:

Stir it into soups and sauces, or blend it into dips, mashed potatoes, and puréed cauliflower. Sprinkle it over hot popcorn, pasta, vegetable bowls, and avocado toast, and incorporate it into crisp homemade seed crackers. Toss it over raw sliced tomatoes and scatter it across your favourite quick pickles. Make it the secret weapon in your mac and no-cheese.

Storage Instructions:

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. Seal when not in use.
