Dried Apricots are derived from mature fresh Turkish Apricots and harvested by hand, washed with water, hand pitted, sun-dried (hence darker) than the sulphur treated orange apricots. They are slowly sun-dried, which gives them a rich caramel flavour.
Why Should I Get Natural Whole Apricots ?
These natural dried apricots are low in calories and high in fibre, iron and potassium and vitamins. They are naturally dried under the sun, and they do not contain any additives or preservatives.
These make for a great snack or can be mixed with foods as muesli, cereals or porridge. You will find them softer, infinitely more moist and full of flavour.
