We decided that you deserved better—sauces made with integrity, fresh fruits, and absolutely no artificial fillers
OUR STORY
A t Spicy Rye’s , we believe that food should do more than just fill a plate; it should spark a conversation. Our story began in 2017 in a small North West London kitchen, born from Ryan “Rye” Nelson’s lifelong obsession with authentic heat and a frustration with the "junk-filled" condiments lining supermarket shelves. We decided that you deserved better—sauces made with integrity, fresh fruits, and absolutely no artificial fillers.

Inspired by the soulful cooking of Ryan’s auntie, we set out to bridge the gap between traditional heritage and modern culinary creativity. For us, it has always been about the "Heat Seekers." We don't just make hot sauce; we craft small-batch experiences designed to bring people together. Whether it’s our award-winning Original Hot Pepper Sauce or our sophisticated Honey & Cognac blend, every bottle we produce is a labour of love, handmade using organic produce and natural ingredients.
From our early days at local farmers' markets to becoming a staple in kitchens across the country, our mission has remained unchanged: to provide you with bold, vibrant flavours that elevate every meal. We take pride in our sustainable approach and our commitment to quality, ensuring that when you pour a bit of Spicy Rye’s, you are tasting the very best of British artisan craft. We invite you to join our community—dip it, pour it, and share the love. At Spicy Rye’s, we’re not just adding heat; we’re bringing the soul back to your table.
